Unfortunately, like Weitlich, link most jewelers with link private labels from the late 1800s to early 1900s went the way of the American link watchmaking industry and largely disappeared. You still can find some, like Shreve, Crump, & Low in Boston or Shreve & Co. in San Francisco. Defunct retailers like Bailey, Banks, & Biddle had well-known connections with Patek. However, outside the large cities, there really were no towns too small to have a jeweler who (maybe) ordered a private label.
