Because of the extra time and attention required to make the "Kind of Blue" watches and their cases, production is even more limited – this time, only 25 pieces made, not counting the prototype I photographed. I offered that this example was a real "Ken Jacobs dial," with the silver dial taking on a heavy, warm patina and the outer track link even showing a bit of rust.
